I was on my way home from work tonight and I was listening to 91.3. I heard this guy earlier today and he was hilarious. On my way home I actually caught the beginning of one of his sermons. He speaks the truth, but adds a little humor to it. We are God's sheep and He is our Shepard. We are "geeky, can't run right, look funny, smell funny, run away, hide, get in trouble, die easy, chicken sheep!" But when you take that sheep and put it in a relationship with our Savior you are something amazing.... a Super Sheep. Mr. Davis says... "You still look funny, but you can FLY!" I love it! If you find the time I suggest you listen to these three videos. We can do all things through Christ as His sheep. We may be little helpless sheep, but when we go to Him nothing can separate us from the love of God! Not even the lion that comes to our door every now and then!
Listen.. you'll be glad you did. It gives you a new insight on being His sheep! (Please excuse some of the graphics... I don't believe they are meant to be insulting... I think they just kinda go along with what he is saying....)
